LTSU is seeking an enthusiastic, innovative Welfare and Advice Coordinator to drive forward our student advice and support, developing our essential services to provide focussed guidance to our diverse membership.
You will work with our Engagement manager and elected officers to reinvigorate our advice provision; ensuring it meets the needs of our students, and increasing our proactive engagement on key academic and welfare issues.
As the Welfare and Advice Coordinator, you will provide professional, impartial and confidential support to our students. Your role will provide one-to-one advice and support to students, and be responsible for providing high quality and student friendly advice covering a range of academic, housing and student welfare issues. This will involve undertaking casework with individual students, enabling them to understand and make their own choices.
