Student Development Coordinator

Job Description

The Bristol SU Development Team are responsible for supporting over 350 student-led groups to run first-class activities for their members whilst learning valuable leadership and teamworking skills. 

We’re looking for someone with the passion to support student-led groups and their leaders to thrive at Bristol SU. As a Student Development Coordinator, you would work as part of a dynamic team to deliver bespoke training, advice, and support to over 3000 enthusiastic student volunteers. Helping them to develop their skills, enhance their employability and most importantly provide incredible experiences for their peers. 

The nature of this role creates a lot of variety in your day to day, you will work closely with wider the Student Opportunities Team and will build relationships with a range of different stakeholders to support Bristol SU in delivering on its mission, vision and values.

Role: Student Development Coordinator 

Hours: 35 hours per week (to be worked flexibly) 

Salary: £26,754 to £34,368. The starting salary for this role is £26,754 FTE. The Grade range for this role is £26,754 to £34,368 FTE and pay can progress annually through the band in line with our pay and reward policy 

Contract: Permanent 

Closing date: 27 February 2025, 9am
