Packhorse Deputy Venue Manager
Purpose of the role:
To work collaboratively as part of the Packhorse Management team to develop and deliver excellent service provision within the venue operation.
To provide leadership and hands on management of the venue operations, and to line manage and continually develop all staff working within the venue
To develop, implement and maintain exceptional standards of service, Food hygiene, Stock control and Improvement on Financial Procedures.
Strategic alignment:
The role will support delivery of the Union’s strategic plan and RHSU’s Priority 8, as well as directly supporting strategies associated with commercial and building services.

- Contract type: Permanent
- Hours of work: 35 hours per week (excluding 30 minute daily unpaid lunch break), based on a 5 day working week. Weekend work is expected with two consecutive days off allocated in the week where required. Some unsociable hours may be required at certain points in the year.
- Grade: 5
- Salary: £32,060 - £35,786. Candidates are usually expected to commence employment at the entry point of the pay grade.
