Are you a finance professional looking for a role where your work truly makes a difference?
At Leeds Beckett Students’ Union (LBSU), we’re a dynamic, student-led charity on a mission to make student life better. No two days are the same here — we’re a vibrant, values-driven organisation that thrives on innovation, inclusivity, and impact.
We’re looking for a Management Accountant to lead the operational management of financial activities across LBSU and our trading subsidiary. You’ll be at the heart of our organisation, producing timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and driving continuous improvement in our processes. You’ll also play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and preparing for our annual audit.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the chance to shape how finance supports a forward-thinking charity. You’ll work closely with our Senior Management Team and across departments, building strong relationships and championing financial understanding throughout the organisation.
What we offer:
- 💼 A flexible role (0.6–1.0 FTE) to suit your lifestyle
- 🏡 Hybrid working with a supportive and inclusive culture
- 🌱 Generous holiday allowance and pension scheme
- 🚀 A chance to lead and mentor a small team
- 💡 A workplace where your ideas and leadership will be valued
If you're passionate about finance, people, and purpose — and want to work somewhere where your skills will have real impact — we’d love to hear from you.
