Who Are We Looking For? 👀

Are you passionate about understanding student needs and driving positive change? We are seeking an enthusiastic Insight Coordinator to join our dynamic team at City St George’s Students’ Union. As the insight expert, you will play a pivotal role in capturing and analysing student feedback to enhance the student experience.

Key Responsibilities 🔑

• Lead Insight Gathering: Conduct telephone interviews, surveys, focus groups, and campaign research to gather top-level student feedback.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse data from various sources, including the National Student Survey, and communicate findings to inform data-driven decisions.
• Student Engagement: Be the go-to person for data on student engagement across membership services, helping to continually improve our offerings.
• Project Management: Deliver and develop the Union's check-ins call project to gather insights on the student experience each term.
• Collaboration: Work closely with student leaders, staff, and stakeholders to action change based on insights gathered.

What We’re Looking For 📊

• Data Skills: Proficiency in survey fieldwork, data analysis, and using various software tools.
• Communication: Ability to interpret data and present findings through reports and presentations to diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic Insight: Experience in informing strategic and institutional decisions with student feedback.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work on-site 4+ days a week during term time, including 1 day a week at our Tooting site.
