What we're looking for
We are seeking an individual with the ability to drive cultural change and exhibit strong team leadership, all while championing inclusivity. To excel in this role, it is crucial that you have experience in managing sports/recreational or volunteering programmes, along with experience in managing health and safety as well as safeguarding processes. An ability to develop and work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders will be essential in this role.
We have great internal training opportunities and we are looking for someone who has a real passion for helping us make sure every student loves their time at Leeds.
