About the role
We are looking for a Finance & HR Administrator to join our team and help ensure the Union’s financial health and level of staff support. The Finance & HR Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting/bookkeeping of the Union, via our accounting software, Sage 50, with additional focus on payroll and the administration of staff processes. This is a full-time permanent role based predominantly on site (with opportunity for flexible working). This role will benefit from fortnightly supervision from a Finance Manager.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate, ideally with a proven track record of administration and a practiced familiarity with accounting. You will bring with you excellent task and time management skills, an excellent head for numbers and a willingness to work with students, staff and other stakeholders, to provide detailed and accurate record keeping.
