Job Description

We’re looking for someone with a passion for working with low code and automation tools to develop and maintain our suite of tools and platforms. 

You'll work closely with other members of the Digital Team and consult within the wider organisation to develop and launch tools and services for key stakeholders, delivering an engaging and accessible experience for 35,000 members and around 450 student sports clubs and societies.

Role: Digital Systems Developer 

Hours: 35 hours per week (to be worked flexibly) 

Salary: £26,755 to £34,368. The starting salary for this role is £26,755 FTE. The Grade range for this role is £26,755 to £34,368 FTE and pay can progress annually through the band in line with our pay and reward policy. 

Contract: 12 months fixed term 

Closing date: 25 March 2025, 9am

  • You’ll have experience of working with low code and automation tools such as Airtable, Make or Zapier.
  • You’ll be able to work with key stakeholders building an understanding of user needs to build outcome oriented solutions.
  • You know how to take a project from inception through planning, development, testing and launch. 
  • You’re a skilled communicator with the ability to focus on outcomes with an ability to tease out user feedback, pain points and needs.
