UCA SU is a member-led, independent charity representing the voice of over 5,000 students across multiple campuses, including Canterbury, Epsom, Farnham, and even at Maidstone TV Studios. As a Students' Union, UCA SU is committed to providing an exceptional student experience for our unique and creative membership. We offer a range of services, events, and opportunities for our members, making us a central part of student life within the diverse community. In recent years, we have planned on a yearly basis to deliver our goals. However, under the leadership of the new CEO, we will be launching a new strategy, moving away from our previous approach. We are collaborating with the research agency AlterLine to deliver strategic insight research that will help shape this new strategy. Developing and setting a direction for the Strategic Plan will be a key part of your role in the first 12 months, and we are excited for you to lead this transformative process!
