Job Description
Loughborough Students’ Union are looking for a Head of Partnerships to join our Strategic Development Team.
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and target-driven individual who will diversify and drive the generation of additional income, to meet the ambitious needs of LSU, through sponsorship opportunities, philanthropic funding strategies and grant submissions.

By building strong relationships with our new and existing partners, agents, and tenants; the Head of Partnerships will optimise income opportunities by thinking creatively about our partnership growth as well as managing the day-to-day delivery of our partnerships work.
This is a diverse role where no two days are likely to be the same. You will be working closely with clients to ensure they realise the full value that LSU has to offer whilst also working to deliver partnerships that enhance the world-class student experience that Loughborough has to offer.

This role is appointed at up to 35 hours per week and up to 52 weeks per year. You will be primarily based in the Union Building, Ashby Road, Loughborough. LSU is supportive, wherever possible, of flexible working arrangements.
The position is offered on LSU Scale 9, currently £33,313 – £36,386 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) on an open-ended basis. Offers will be made at a pay point appropriate to the skill and experience of the successful candidate.
