Job Description
The key accountabilities of the post holder will be to:
Manage all SU Retail operations and staff, and generate income
Develop new initiatives for retail and merchandise activities to increase income
Manage budgets, KPI’s and stock of all retail operations, regularly reporting on performance
Ensure organisational environmental and sustainability goals are forefront in decision making and product development
