The University of Nottingham Students’ Union has an exciting opportunity for a People and Organisational Development Manager. Our P&OD Department is the engine room of the Students’ Union and empowers everyone who works for us to be brilliant people, doing amazing things for students! We’re looking for a driven, ambitious manager who has experience in HR and Organisational Development to join our awesome high performing P&OD team.
The P&OD Manager will champion our people and values by developing our culture, service, specialist advice and initiatives to empower our people to bring their best for our members. The scope of the work is varied, ranging from working with Senior Managers and our Officer team in all things people, through to overseeing our policies, Health and Safety implementation plan and embedding our new People Strategy – all so that our members can have the best University experience.
