Students’ Union UCL is an organisation that exists to make more happen. We are the representative body for University College London’s (UCL) students, one of the most diverse student communities in the world. We are one of the largest student-led organisations in the UK. It is a charity with over 48,000 members. We provide opportunities for 300 staff and have an annual turnover of more than £10.5m.
We are looking for an Events Coordinator to support with the delivery of a high-quality programme of events, support teams across the Students’ Union to develop and deliver events, and work collaboratively to develop a culture of excellent event management.
The role is a full-time and permanent contract.

Key Requirements
The Events Coordinator will coordinate events, with support from the Events Manager, from conception through to evaluation, leading working groups and teams to develop ideas, create events plans, and measure satisfaction. The successful candidate will also coordinate the delivery of a London-wide cultural events programme, enabling our students to experience the very best of London’s attractions, cultural sites, and events. The role holder will also work collaboratively with different teams and student groups to develop events which meet the needs of our membership.
