The Head of People, Culture and Central Services will be responsible for driving culture change by leading the strategic development of all HR and admin support functions, which select, develop and retain the right people needed to meet the objectives of the Union. You will also be responsible for embedding our values to establish a high performance culture, which is empowering and motivational for all staff and volunteers.
The role will also oversee the office management and administration support to the Union ensuring that the Union’s reception function and in house service functions provide a high quality service to our members, colleagues, Board of Trustees, University colleagues and external organisations. The Role will also oversee and coordinate our compliance and accreditation models ensuring best practice across our portfolio is recognised, rewarded and most importantly embedded in our activity not just on our audit days
