Royal Holloway Students’ Union is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead the charity through the next stage of its strategic journey.

We are seeking an ambitious senior leader who can inspire our talented team of Officers and staff by taking a visible and personable approach. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively to secure the commitment and support of our university partners is essential. The successful candidate will be a compassionate, assured leader who can coach and encourage our students and staff to be bold in pursuit of positive change for students and the wider world around us. Inclusion is fundamental to us. We want to amplify the voice of every student, recognising the importance of each other’s lived experience and celebrating different perspectives. Alongside the commitment to our values, the successful candidate will likely have a proven track record of driving high performance and will be able to demonstrate commercial and financial acumen to support sustainable growth across our trading services.
