Job Description
We are a charitable, membership organisation which plays a crucial role in the experience of over 15,000 students studying at the University of Chester. Our job is to ensure that our students Love their Student Life and we deliver a students’ union that is visible at each campus and delivers outstanding support, representation, and social opportunities.
It is an exciting time at Chester Students’ Union as we are currently embarking on a major review of our purpose and how we support our members and their university. As part of this work there is likely to be change within the organisation within the coming 12 months, and we are excited by the potential of this which will include a move to a new building on our main campus and the recruitment of our new permanent Chief Executive.
You will lead the development of and effectively manage the delivery of student led opportunities that ensure students make the most of their time at the University of Chester through their engagement with the Students’ Union. Ensuring strong connection with the University Strategy ‘Citizen Student’ and SU Strategic Plan.
