Job Description

Finance Administrator (Sales Ledger)

We’re looking for someone with the passion to be a part of Bristol SU’s finance team to ensure maximum impact for students now and in the future.

As a member of the finance team, you will be responsible for all sales ledger processes, delivering outstanding service, working with and through a team of dedicated staff and student leaders.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the activities and operations within your area contribute towards the vision, mission, values and strategic direction of the organisation and to deliver against Bristol SU’s charitable objects.

What’s the job?

Role:  Finance Administrator (Sales Ledger)

Hours: 35 hours per week (hybrid working)

Salary: £24,624 to £26,303

Contract:  Fixed Term (6 months maternity cover)

Closing date:  9am on Monday 12 December 2022

·       You will have excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills and a good working knowledge of accounting packages.
