AboutThe University of Birmingham Guild of Students is a charity and the students’ union for more than 36,000 students. We represent our members to the University and other organisations on the issues that matter to students most. We also exist to help students develop skills outside of study, have fun, meet people and make sure their time at Birmingham is special.
This role will work collaboratively with the UoBe Festival project management team to proactively target and engage all students in Guild related activities and events, offering a varied programme to facilitate student involvement and engagement.
You will have knowledge and experience of coordinating projects within a given time frame; and the ability to establish strong working relationships with a wide range of individuals, including the University and students.
With strong organisational skills, you will also have experience of project evaluation along with knowledge of legislation and policy relating to events and activities.
